Audience is key
Although rarely seen as such, audiences are amongst the most valuable business assets today. Without knowing who your audience is and where they are, a business cannot possibly hope to become a top brand in their industry. With the help of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Saleshub and more I successfully and thoroughly create audience personas for brands so that they understand who, when, how and what to market for.
Email is the bedrock of marketing
For anyone who knows email marketing, they know that email is not “dead”. In fact, it’s ranked “The Most Effective Marketing Tactic” by 63% of B2C companies. So how do you break through all the inbox noise? By sending 1) The right message 2) to the right people 3) at the right time. And how do you do this? Through constant audience analysis, personalization and A/B testing.
About Me:
After graduating with a B.A in Journalism from Arizona State University in 2018, I discovered that my true passion was audience data analysis. In a move I never expected, I went back to ASU to achieve a Master’s in Digital Audience Strategy. Since graduating in 2021, I have worked with companies to deliver deep dives on WHO their audience is, where they are located, and how we can keep them engaged through email marketing and SMS messaging. I have successfully leveraged data to achieve company KPIs and expand audiences.
Email Marketing
At Who What Wear, I managed the full funnel email marketing efforts for the WWW UK editorial and ecommerce audiences. This consisted of slating daily editorial and ecommerce newsletters, analyzing data to optimize emails and flows, crafting subject lines, and working on our lifecycle flows and segmentation.
